Keep course data out of email

Do not attach IMSCC course packages, exported report JSON, manifest excerpts, learner or instructor information, LMS credentials, LTI secrets, or other private course content. Describe the browser, operating system, public page, and non-sensitive steps that reproduce the problem instead.

Scope of support

Cartridge Compass is an independent browser-local preflight aid. Contact cannot certify a package, recover an LMS account, validate private platform settings, or guarantee an import result. For a package-specific problem, reproduce it with a synthetic fixture that contains no institutional or third-party course material.
